The Innokin GoZee Kit is very light and shock-resistant thanks to its sturdy PC + PCTG construction. The GoZee Kit can offer exceptional flavour and vapour from your preferred e-liquid or nicotine salts by utilising any Z Coil Series member while maintaining a small and portable form factor. The GoZEE Starter Kit naturally includes a 0.3ohm and 0.8ohm KAL Z Coil, and two adjustment buttons are situated beneath the LCD screen to change the wattage output. A Type-C Port can charge the 2100mAh battery at a rate of 2A below the adjustment buttons, reducing the amount of downtime when vaping.

DESIGN AND BUILD QUALITY

I received the Yellow and Turquoise kits from Innokin, and the packaging is made of 100% recyclable material. My evaluation is based on the kit’s TPD version. The main distinction between the standard and TPD versions of the “Go Z tank” is that the standard model comes with a mouthpiece that is removable and has a 3.5ml fill capacity. When the airflow is entirely open and the correct coil is utilised, this mouth-to-lung (MTL) tank may also be used as a restricted direct-to-lung (RDTL) vape! The Go Z tank and Go Zee mod are both composed of plastic. The entire kit has a contemporary appearance and feels incredibly light in the hand. When you add up to 60W of power available, you have a very versatile device. The Gozee Kit is expertly made and has an excellent design!

I have a spare MTL 1.6 coil in the box and an RDL 0.8 coil fitted in my 2ml tank. When you look closely at the tank, you’ll see that the plastic has a tint of colour to match the gadget and is around 45mm tall with a 20mm base diameter. Three medium-sized holes that are completely adjustable with the airflow ring make up the airflow! The tank works with the whole Z Coil lineup, which is also a feature of the Zenith and Zlide tanks.

The gadget has a colour OLED screen that is around 1.5 cm wide and 2.5 cm tall. All of the typical information is displayed. Even without my reading glasses, the screen is so clear and bright that I can see what’s happening. The mod’s colour matches the plastic fire button and rocker adjustment button, which stands out against the dark workforce well. The 2A Type C USB connector charges the internal 2100mAh battery. Of course, the tank and the device both contain safety markings.

 

PERFORMANCE

I’ll be using Kwik Vape “Lime Slushie” to fill both Go Z tanks for this evaluation. For RDL vaping, I’ll use the Turquoise mod with the 0.8-ohm coil fitted, and for MTL vaping, I’ll use the Yellow mod with the 1.6-ohm coil. Later, I’ll attach a different atomizer to the gadget to see if it can handle higher wattages. Since the factory only completely charges items before shipping, I now make it a point to fully charge every device with an internal battery.

The Innokin Gozee is an easy-to-use kit!

• The Gozee can be turned on or off with three fast clicks of the fire button.
• Depending on the battery’s current charge level, the battery bar on display changes colour.
  Green: 100-60%
  Yellow: 60-20%
  Red: 20% or less
• The battery can be fully recharged in under 60 minutes at 2 amps!
• Hold one of the adjustment buttons down for two seconds before adjusting as usual to change the wattage.
• To access the Menu, press both adjustment buttons at once.
• Screen cutoff time and a maximum toot time of 10 seconds are available in the menu settings.
• To lock and unlock the gadget, press the fire button and the down adjustment button simultaneously.
• The battery voltage guide, your coil’s Ohms, and the number of puffs produced are all displayed when you simultaneously press the fire and up adjustment buttons.

 

BATTERY

The built-in 2100mAh battery of the Gozee can be charged at a rate of 2Amp via the front-facing USB-C connector. With a final claimed usable capacity of 1952mAh in my test, this actually peaked at 1.37 amps but spent the majority of its time well below the 1 amp level. The very sluggish charge rate resulted in a rather long charge time of 2 hours and 29 minutes. (NOTE: This actually arrived the day I was leaving for vacation, so I had to perform this with an earlier test kit; I may redo this when I come home to see if the results are the same.)

With a more up-to-date piece of equipment now that I’m back at home, I was able to conduct an updated charge test, and the outcomes were far better: Only after 1900mAh did charging drop below 1 amp, peaking at 1.87 amps during the most of the period. It took 1 hour and 38 minutes to fully charge, with a final capacity of 2104mAh.

CONCLUSION

The Gozee mod is a fantastic mod to throw in a pocket and has been the ideal travel companion for me while on vacation despite its lightweight PC and ABS construction. I enjoy how the glass exterior shell contrasts with the coloured interior, but if you truly want this to stick out, I’d recommend choosing one of the more vibrant colours rather than black. Only time will tell how that clear exterior shell stands up to scratches and the like. Innokin claims that this has a durable finish, but that is a little outside the focus of this review.

The Z tank is an excellent match for the Gozee mod; additionally, they are easily accessible, all Kanthal, and primarily designed for MTL use. In conclusion, I think the Innokin Gozee kit is a fantastic place for a beginner to start vaping. Because of its lightweight construction and strong battery capacity, it also works great as a travel mod.
