It has a VOOPOO VINCI Series V2 Cartridge (top filling), and the pod is entirely compatible with the Drag Nano 2 and the VINCI Pod, VINCI Q, and VINCI Pod Royal Edition. The improved cartridge can deliver a very thick and authentic flavour. It has an antimicrobial mouthpiece. The VINCI Pod Cartridge Mesh 0.8ohm/1.2ohm (top-fill) and VINCI Pod Cartridge Mesh 0.8ohm/1.2ohm are also compatible with the VINCI SE Pod Kit (side-fill). The VINCI SE Kit now has additional features like type-c rapid charging, simple top filling, and several safety safeguards.

BUILD QUALITY

It is constructed of the customary PCTG plastic and features the recognisable Vinci mouthpiece opening. A 99% effective antibacterial mouthpiece is what it is. The bulk of the clean viewing window is visible, which is wonderful news. Therefore, it should require less frequent removal from the battery region. The base of the redesigned Vinci Series V2 pod has four air inlet ports. These are made to capture enough airflow from each direction to maintain flavour balance and a constantly smooth vape.

The non-replaceable coil has been fitted with a twin-layer silicone ring to limit leakage to the barest minimum. Condensation that accumulates is collected and recycled in the isolation room at the base of the pod. This pod fills from the top. To uncover the fill port, simply snap the mouthpiece off. Since it is not the largest in the world, needle-tip nozzles will frequently be used. The 10ml TPD-compliant varieties are the best to use.

 

PERFORMANCE

I chose a 50VG/50PG e-liquid mix since this gadget is specifically designed for MTL use. The flavour Just Juice Nutty Caramel from their Tobacco Club line was used. 20 mg of salt nicotine is present. The vape is a little loose in terms of mouth-to-lung, I have to admit, right from the bat. I am aware of this because the auto-draw occasionally fails. That indicates to me that there isn’t quite enough restriction. The flavour and vapour production, however, are both excellent. The underlying creamy caramel and all the nutty tones are visible. I truly couldn’t ask for better in this regard.

With the four-way airflow inlet on the base of the pod, I’m just wondering if Voopoo shot itself in the foot. I say this because switching back to that approach gives me a very satisfying restricting lung hit. In fact, when vaped in this manner, the 0.8ohm coil performs better all around. I would say the coil is better suited to tight lung freaks like myself because the pod features four very sizable wicking openings. It also produces no turbulence and is really quiet when vaping. As the battery drains, I imagine the coil is initially pushing out the maximum 15W and then tapers off to 11W.

 

BATTERY SECTION

Because it is built of aviation-grade aluminium alloy, it can tolerate some bumps. The gradient colour schemes and pattern, according to Voopoo, provide a “contemporary minimalistic” appearance. I’m inclined to concur. Effective but extremely simple, reflecting how simple the item is to use. At the top, there are two tiny airflow vents on either side. The Voopoo Vinci Pod SE lacks the ability to change the airflow. You get exactly what you see.

On the back, a tiny mirrored oval is in front of the LED indication. The good news is that we can now charge the device while it is upright and standing. Even the base of the device has a single battery venting hole thanks to Voopoo. I believe that this should be required, but alas, with lesser-powered devices, it is far too frequently skipped. Standard safety measures, such as overcharging, short circuits, and overtime safeguards, have been added.

VERDICT

It’s unfortunate that the 1.2-ohm coil was left out of the set. The performance of the pod’s four-way airflow configuration would have been intriguing to observe. to determine if the appropriate tightening has been applied to provide an efficient MTL vape. As was already mentioned, the 0.8-ohm version doesn’t truly give you that. It was almost ideal for a constricting lung vape, in my opinion.

The Voopoo Vinci pod SE doesn’t bring anything new to the table in terms of form and design. However, that does not imply that it performs poorly. If you look at it on its own terms, it functions fantastically. After reading my review of the original Voopoo Vinci Pod, many vapers are wondering whether the 0.8-ohm pod performs better. Indeed, I would agree. Although there isn’t much there, I believe the flavour, clarity, and consistency of the vape are better. The generation of vapour most definitely is.
